North & Story was created from a simple belief: the best websites don't begin with templates. They begin with people.
Every business has its own story, shaped by the people behind it, the customers it serves and the purpose that drives it. We take the time to understand that story before translating it into a website that feels authentic, builds trust and helps businesses grow.
Kia ora, I'm Jazmin.
My day-to-day work has always been centred around producing projects, managing people and bringing ideas to life. While I love that work, I found myself looking for another way to be creative.
Designing websites quickly became that space.
I loved the process of helping businesses uncover what made them different, then translating that into something people could see and experience online.
What started as something I genuinely enjoyed soon became something I wanted to pursue professionally.
That's how North & Story came to life.
I'm a website designer, producer and storyteller based in Auckland.
I'm of Māori (Ngāti Hine, Ngāti Kahu) and Cook Islands (Aitutaki and Atiu) descent, and my upbringing has shaped the way I see business.
I was raised understanding that relationships matter, stories hold meaning, and people come before transactions. Those values continue to guide the way I work today.
